Our Data Deletion Commitment

At NESTS, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal information at any time.

Important: Account deletion is permanent. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. This includes your profile, project history, messages, and any other data associated with your account.

How to Delete Your Data

1. Automatic Account Deletion (In-App)

The fastest way to delete your data is through your account settings. Follow these steps to permanently close your account and delete your data:

  1. Log in to your NESTS account.
  2. Navigate to your Profile Settings or Account Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the "Delete Account" section.
  4. Click on the "Delete Account" button.
  5. Confirm your action by following the on-screen prompts and entering your password if requested.

2. Manual Deletion Request (Email)

If you are unable to access your account or prefer to have our team handle your request, you can send a manual data deletion request:

Send an email with the following details:

  • To: privacy@nests.co.zw
  • • Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Full Name]
  • • Body: Clearly state that you wish to have your NESTS account and all associated data deleted. Please include the email address associated with your account.

*Note: For security reasons, we may require additional verification to confirm your identity before processing the request.
